Enrollment Requirements

Requirements for first time enrollment

1. Between the minimum and maximum age for class, established in accordance with the Honduran Ministry of Education (3,4 or 5 years old for PreK-3 through Kindergarten) with a birth date on or before August 31st.
2. Original birth certificate.
3. Immunization record.

Additional Requirements for Students Born Abroad

1. Original birth certificate.
Authenticated by:

  1. Authorities of the country that issued the document.
  2. Honduran Consulate closest to the country of origin.
  3. Secretary of Foreign Affairs Exterior Relations of Honduras, and translated to Spanish (if necessary).

  2. Certification of space available (given by STBS)
  3. Between the minimum and maximum age for class, established by the school in accordance with the Ministry of Education.
  4. Original birth certificate.
  5. Original report card of the last grade that was attended.
  6. Certificate of conduct.
  7. Certificate of solvency.
  8. Immunization record.
  9. Eye exam (1st grade)
  10. Hearing test (1st Grade)

Additional Requirements Students Born Abroad

Students Born Abroad

  1. Complete entrance exam
  2. Certification of space available (given by STBS)
  3. Between the minimum and maximum age for class, established by the school in accordance with the Ministry of Education.
  4. Original birth certificate
  5. Original report card of the last grade that was attended
  6. Certification of studies from 7th grade until 11th grade
  7. Final evaluation Record
  8. Certificate of conduct
  9. Certificate of solvency
  10. Health record (High School)
  11. Eye exam (7th grade)
  12. Hearing test (7th grade)
  13. Students from other departments of Honduras other than Atlantida, must bring their certification of studies signed and approved by the Director or Secretary of the Ministry of Education of that particular area.

Students Born Abroad

  1. Original birth certificate
  2. Certification of studies, Both must be authenticated by :
    1. Authorities of the country that issued the document
    2. Honduran Consulate closest to the country of origin
    3. Secretary of Foreign Affairs Exterior Relations of Honduras, and translated to Spanish (if necessary)
  3. Foreign students entering from 8th-11th grade must take an aptitude test in classes of Estudios Sociales and Civica.
